They reached out to me because i had applied to another position I was not a good fit for, first I joined a meeting were everyone got to hear about the position, after that if you were still interested, you would receive a testing test for you to complete in 24 hours, if you pass the test, you get an interview with the recruiter, after that, you need to pass, logical, reading and personality gorilla tests, after getting the score required to pass you'll get interviews with the different managers, after that they'll ask you for references from your past experiences and do a backgroung check, if you pass all of that and they choose you, you get the job
