Supportive co-workers and reasonable compensation.

Cons

There’s no room for growth here at Tepperman's. The company’s structure offers no opportunities for employees to advance. So, you’re pretty much stuck in your role for a long while. Moreover, some of our supervisors are unprofessional and toxic. They sometimes make inappropriate remarks and act disrespectfully.

Pros

I had friends here. No micromanaging.

Cons

The staff don't get recognition or appreciated for their sacrifices and everything they do for the company. I was overwhelmed with so much work everyday and it was exhausting! It was full of stress and no growth opportunity so there's no reason for me to stay longer.

Pros

You get paid if you do work. Other than that, there is no reason to work here. Stay far, far away!

Cons

The leadership is incompetent, evil, and fake. These terrible people live in a bubble, which is far, far away from reality. They set insane expectations and expect employees to handle brutal stress. They are never there when you need help. But they are always there when you mess up, and they want to humiliate you. The attitude of my colleagues wasn't good either. These arrogant people never showed up when I needed help, but expected me to handle a ton of work for them. I refused, and they plotted against me to kick me out. It was insane. The clients are the worst. They are entitled people who think that you are a puppet who will dance their tune. You really have no support from your colleagues or the leadership, so they exploit that weakness.
