Pros

Very dependent on which department you're in and who's your reporting manager. It can be good if you are under supervision of someone responsible and smart. People in the office talk with each other a lot, and are close knitted.

Cons

Same as its Pros, your work experience will be very dependent on who you report to. Management can be very stoic and work hours can get lenghty when surge. Not much opportunities for promotion too.
