Immature leaders who have come up the ranks from the call centre run the place. Like a high school - there are cliques that run everything - they look tolerant and accommodating but are ruthless and anything but inclusive. If you are a middle aged senior person with qualifications I would stay away. The CEO lost his soul some time ago.....they pay below market for most jobs except the very top exec ranks
