Pros
There is no longer anything at this place that I could see being a pro. The pay is low and the environment is unhealthy.
Cons
This is a horrible environment to work at. The amount of politics and affairs that go on at this place is sickening. It's like a mass exodus is happening with long time employees and recent employees choosing to leave. This isn't something felt in just one department but company wide. The company may try to blame it on the brand change but that has very little to do with it. This company fails to promote the right people, it's HR team chooses to turn the other way when ethical and problematic issues happen, and they make ridiculous mistakes and choices in the way they run their business. I wouldn't recommend anyone bother to apply here. The culture they so brightly claim to have is just for show.
