Pros

Vacation sick and personal leave is above average for a food service management position. Some franchises offer 401k, health insurance, and other packages and some don't. You get a sense of satisfaction by leading the new workforce generations into a quality workmanship.

Cons

Minimum expected work hours are 50+ Fast food is a revolving door and even if hundreds of hours are spent building and growing a solid team turnover in this industry is high and so your constantly training and building new employees.
