Stingy and absurd practices - Back of House Team Member Taco Bell Employee Review

- You only get to eat a staff meal instead of getting discounts (box of lettuce and beans) and one time I took it home instead of eating it on my break and they sat me down next shift to fill out disciplinary worksheets stating that I would pay for my meal because I could have possibly given it to someone who was not a staff member and that was against the rules of the sacred staff meal. ALL THIS OVER BEANS AND LETTUCE. - I have permanent scars from working there almost a year ago because the only protection you have when frying hot tortillas is wearing multiple pairs of plastic disposable gloves. - Overstimulating, stressful and painful because I always had fresh burns on my hands.
