Doesn't fire terrible employees - Anonymous employee Taco Bell Employee Review

The nights can get hectic and in my experience the employees working nights were toxic and no one actually fires the employees that do not follow safety/ drug/ or health regulations. One employee I worked with drank on the job, took breaks when they weren't supposed to...to go smoke outside, and played loud music that nobody wants to hear. Not only but continuously was trying to get me to do it with them. One person hit on me constantly and created a hostile work environment for me. Another employee would yell at me, and throw stuff at me. I never went to HR because these people were insane and I was afraid of them coming after me.
