Management listens and implement positive changes more frequently than most. Job becomes very easy after a few weeks. Internal opportunities and movement if you stick it out and apply yourself.
Cons
Accountability for lazy people is too lenient. Can be frustrating doing a lot for the same amount as people flying under the radar.
