Pros

The crew are great to work with. Very understanding, and the managers will give you time to work around your schedule as long as there's at least a week notice, or if you can find someone to cover. It's pretty easy to get into routine, and most customers are pleasant, especially regulars, so interaction is not taxing.

Cons

When the lull hits, it drags on for quite a while. Having nothing to do besides dishes or going over the lobby once more gets grating, but on the other side, when it's really busy (think sports games or the lunch/school rush) your skills and efficiency are tested in full. With many customers going in and out, food taking a little bit longer than usual can make the difference on their moods and attitudes.
