      Everybody is really very nice...friendly the first time you meet them

      Cons

      You are the one who actually frys the chips, makes the product. If you are the shift manager, it just means that you have to check on everything and you have to do it yourself. You cannot delegate.

      Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

      A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
