Pros
It brings you the essence of teamwork and gives you a really good view of how customer base is. If you're a shift manager, it's great. You get to receive bonuses every four or so months and the pay is decent. You also get to meet awesome people. Food time to time.
Cons
You don't get time and a half for holidays or "third shifts". A lot of stress at times. Dependent on the store management and the type of people who are working there, it can become kind of high schoolish. Sometimes, most people do the work while others get to slack. Again, it's all dependent. 17 year olds get paid under minimum wage ($7.75) till their 18. Raises range from 10 to 25 cents.
