Pros
The competitive pay as well as the way management works around your schedule. A complete delight to work for such an upbeat as well as consistent company.
Cons
The only downside I'd have to say about working there, is the fact that they don't want you to get more than 40 hours weekly. Especially if the team is already short staffed, they would rather struggle than to simply pay for an individual's hard work.
