      Good staff development and training, meals on duty, good management, staff room, the training is well explained, some of the ingredients come from America, so they have a better quality

      Cons

      Minimum wage salary, long hours stand up and doing repetitive movements, if you have lack of memory you will have problems to memorise the ingredients
