Pros
Decent Pay compared to some similar restaurants, but mediocre compared to somewhere like Panda Express or White Castle. Good Hours depending on volume of the store. You can build great, long lasting relationships.
Cons
Terrible Management. No clear form of proper promotion, chain of command, or how to rise in station. Ridiculous replacement policy. Unrealistic expectations.
