Do not work here, the culture is terrible. On day shift managers keep double the minor staff necessary just so they can yell and exercise their power. On night shift it's always understaffed despite years of 4th meal advertising making late nights the busiest shift of the day. No appreciation, no compliments, no positive feed back. On top of all of that, you won't be paid enough to live and survive near by. Everyone was struggling with housing.
