      Pros

      Tableau hires honest, nice people. The work atmosphere is positive and low stress. Moderately stocked kitchen, free food. Employees are allowed a great deal of independence.

      Cons

      The pay for this particular job is somewhat low. The comradery and cult worship of the employees can be a little distracting.
