Way too much evangelization. I'm working, I don't want to be part of a sect. Can't say more: work hard, don't make friends here, fake smiles are rampant, record your own metrics and don't let management record metrics for you, keep track of your work so you are not accused of things that can be magically changed to make you look bad.
