Pros
- Passionate people - Focused on customer success and learning new ways to bring value - Generally care about the employees - Lots of decent benefits that came from the Salesforce acquisition
Cons
- Lots of people churn at the moment from the great resignation - Role/org churn as the integration with Salesforce and business alignment matures. It is expected, but change is not "just" change for many.
