Amazing work-life balance, especially during COVID. Monthly mental health days off of work. Unlimited PTO. Flexible work hours if you need to balance childcare with work (though this depends more on your manager).
Cons
Priorities from leadership are ever-changing. Can be chaotic at times. Lots of new hires = processes often get ignored.
