      Pros

      Great London Office. Free Food, Good onboarding. Staff are very friendly and there is a perceived amazing culture but in reality its not quite what it seems until you are a few months into the job.

      Cons

      Real cuthroat environment. Middle management do not inspire creative thinking. Instead you are indoctrinated in the one size fits all approach pushed down by HQ.
