Pros
Wonderful product and very good benefits. A mission statement I can believe in.
Cons
Ineffective middle managers/directors through hiring have led to turnover of proven performers. Directors hired to lead technical areas have little to no technical expertise. I know directors that referred to technical knowledge or expertise in their resume but after interacting with them in meetings and 1:1s they obviously know little to nothing about what they claimed to have expertise on their resume.
