Does not value its employees - Marketing Tableau Software Employee Review

They do not value their employees. The compensation is so far under the industry standard, its a joke. They also try to deceive you in the way they communicate compensation and leave no room for negotiation. They intentionally downgrade employees titles given the actual role responsibilities (ex. a director role anywhere else would be a manager at Tableau) making it harder to leave.
