Pros
Was in a great team full of fun and capable people. Always had the opportunity to drive projects so long as I could describe the need and defend the priority, which from my perspective was always done with mutual respect and inclusion. The company funds community-efforts, from having a paid day to give back to donation-matching and license donations to not-for-profits. Plenty of opportunity to learn new languages and technologies. My managers were very supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance in my team.
Cons
As always, lots to do, too few people to do it with. Technical debt was allowed to grow fairly large before there was a real response to it. At least there was a real response to it by the time I left.
