      Pros

      Typically hire very smart, fun people to work with. Excellent benefits, beautiful offices, lots of perks.

      Cons

      The culture has taken a hit since going public. There's more attitude of "that's not my job" floating around. I suspect that is just a symptom of growing larger, though.
