I am surrounded by curious, intelligent, funny, engaging and supportive individuals who are equally bought into the mission and taking the company to the next level. The enthusiasm and passion for the product and people starts at the top, and is palpable wherever you go. Tableau has grown rapidly, but there is still a small company vibe and plenty of opportunity to have an impact.
