Pros
Everyone is very helpful to the interns and new hires (and to other full timers i'd assume) with any questions they might have. The intern program itself is fantastic. Lots of great events and people. I had a blast in Seattle and am glad I went with Tableau! The company is very transparent. The office is great. I found out that I love foosball and cold brew. Free food and drinks everywhere. Cool location as well. Your gear is great (Dual Monitor + Workstation + Macbook Pro are standard). Everyone believes and loves in the product. Its amazing to see how much of our every day productivity revolves around using the product ourselves.
Cons
I have some worries about the future of the company. Now that PowerBI and many other products have entered the market space, there will be a lot more competition. The current pricing and version model of the product seems to be where the issue lies. The 10.0 Release TShirts were very sub-par vs the others.
