      Good payroll team. Flexible hours for G&A. Lots of exposure on different projects and areas.

      Cons

      "Dry promotions" are a thing. They assign tasks to associates even managers that are beyond their pay grade. They also tend to exploit by using the "we're a family" card. Understaffed and underpaid

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
