      there is a big team that can help you do well in your role, training was helpful too

      there wasn't any cons, the job can be somewhat stressful but that I think its the same for any kind of job.

      Pros

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Cons

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
