Plenty of thankless work - Anonymous employee TTEC Employee Review

Strange environment with scarce resources that is not healthy mentally or physically. I have personally witnessed 4 people having to go to the hospital or urgent care while on a customer deployment. This is a regular occurrence! Managers hands are always so clean, they won't ever actually help but will just throw tantrums on phone calls. Don't leave a decent job and risk your health, life is too short! Healthcare and benefits are some of the worst in the industry.
