      Pros

      There's not ever anyone breathing down your neck. You are left alone unless you are really screwing around. It's a very loose and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Not enough floor support when needed on the floor. It's also hard to stay in contact with any higher management workers. Organization is lacking.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
