      Pros

      Quitting. Don’t work here. They lie about everything HR doesn’t actually exist. Have a problem fill out a webpage, wait 3-5 days then your leader gets the answer and the file is closed WITHOUT EVER speaking to you. Trainers and Team leaders were probably ex strippers cause I’ve met dogs that were smarter

      Cons

      Management Lies, they don’t keep their written word. They have Mandatory OT, They can change your schedule whenever they want, they can force you to work on your day off. Don’t care about their employees. Trainers have no real world experience. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND TTEC to my worst enemy. This is a disgusting company

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
