      Pros

      Better than unemployment. Everyone that works here has some kind of side job to make. ends meet So you can find a real estate agent or shade tree mechanic when you need one.

      Cons

      Pay is to low. Managers constantly yelling at the sales people "what you got going on AMA" "let's go, sell something". Not very professional.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
