Pros

The other employees are very nice to work with. The job function is work I am interested in. They scheduling in my department is flexible.

Cons

There is no real advancement opportunities after a certain point in the locations outside of the corporate office. Information regarding what initiatives are happening do not make it from the corporate location to the other sites in a very coordinated manner. Not the best communications.

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
