      Great co-workers Easy work Pay is pretty competitive The equipment that they provide is pretty up-to-date and in pretty good condition IT department can usually quickly solve any technical issues that you have internally

      Cons

      Management provides little to no feedback Expectations are unreasonably high for sales conversion percentage Shift bids are frequent, meaning that you cannot count on a steady schedule

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
