Pros

The work atmosphere looks to be very relaxed, excellent salary, reasonably priced benefits

Cons

No loyalty to new employees. Was furloughed on day 8 of my training, which was done at home due to COVID. We were notified of the furlough in a Zoom meeting & told we could not file unemployment. This was untrue. Our state requires you to have worked 15 days. I had to file on the job I left, and they are understandably fighting it. They refused us access to the online study materials during furlough. Cattle call interview process. I imagine every single person they interviewed was hired, with intentions of thinning the herd later. I am still furloughed, getting text messages, but facilitators will not respond to texts or emails. They have positions posted on this site which leads me to believe I no longer work there. If I ever show up to a job interview and it appears to be a cattle call, I’m walking right back out. I gave up a job that was not great, but at least no one has been let go that I can see. I’m probably going to lose my house & car because the only places hiring are barely minimum wage jobs.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
