Pros

Could work from home.

Cons

Training for insurance job was about5/6 weeks. Trainer was 20 years old. Admitted to no collage. Of course she was pretty. That is how they get the job. I got tired of hearing about her drinking parties or her room mate letting the dog out, if her or her boyfriend were talking or not, this went on and on and on. Some people in class did not know anything about computers, they constantly slowed the class down. They need more emphasis on phones. They through you into nesting when you don't know how the phones work or if they work. Some trainers care and some team leads care, far more don't give a crap about you. Minimum 1 week of interplay on soft phones. O and they use paperless environment. That means you MUST learn online on the screen as you get no hard books. For @home workers this makes it very tough. I don't recommend it.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
