Pros

None., they stopped raises 3years ago, then give you more work, management (higher management) has drove the morale into the ground. I worked there for 3 year on last project, and left in end of March since then 15 agents including senior reps and supervisor have left.

Cons

No raises, 11$hr, benefits are pricey, management ignored process and hired friends into management positions who have never worked a day on our project, and passed over people who have been in there for 6+years and KNOWS what we do. There is no real advancement.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
