Pros

The ability to work flexible hours from your home.

Cons

Insufficient training and poor pay. There is a lot of hard work for poor wages and high stress in the demanding work at home position for Best Buy. Run and save yourself from that program. They will half train you and push you on the phone and leave you to swim for yourself. It is a horrible feeling to have to fend for yourself at your new job. Part time temp position. Right after they hired my group they cut all of our hours. What a waste of time. They always send out e-mails begging for people to take off work.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
