Pros

*Good for people new to work from home jobs *Flexible schedules *Friendly team leaders and upper staff

Cons

*Very disorganized superiors *Performance reviews are done by foreign staff who will give a bad score due to language barriers *You have to be aggressive in order to get the pay, disputes, and desk support you need, otherwise it'd go unanswered *Very easy to get your pay docked for "unpaid time off", but it takes forever to get it fixed, sometimes too late

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
