Pros
Caring people that make you feel appreciated. I have done this work for 17yrs so I took a year off to travel and see if maybe I would like working somewhere else. I quickly realized that I could never fill the need inside me to help others so completely as I did working in the Kalispell TeleTech. I have since returned and I never regret making that decision, even thought I am having to work my way back up!
Cons
The compensation to go above an associate is meek compared to other companies. I always tell them to move up because you want to help other and make a difference, not to make more money.
