Pros
Pay is average for a low-wage area, and with the economy in the toilet you take what you can get.
Cons
Call centers are transient things, TeleTech call centers doubly so. The company clings tightly to the left side of the Bell curve in it's salary structure, so you'll never be the envy of your friends and neighbors. Management structure is in constant flux, and consistency is non-existent. Processes and procedures appear to be specifically designed to avoid achieving set processes and procedures. 60+ hour workweeks are expected in most IT positions with 24/7 on-call. Englewood is where all power and wealth are concentrated - the call centers worldwide are merely disposable yeomen expected to tow the royal barge.
