      Pros

      TeleTech has a lot of growth opportunities with its diverse workforce and job functions. You can move to another team or another within the company.

      Cons

      It can get stagnant at times if your supervisor doesn't guide and train you new things. It all comes down to good coaching.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
