Pros
Air conditioning, clean facilities, clean parking lot, paychecks are always on time (direct deposit), they do a decent job working with school schedules, tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Revolving door employer. Management is hit and miss. Seems as though they hire people randomly that have a little bit of management experience, while people with bachelor's and master's degrees go under the radar. Some managers are okay while others have a big head and are on power trips, sometimes it's hard to understand while some people are in the positions they are in. The place is very strict, no cell phones, no plastic cups (you have to use their spill proof coffee mugs), no food on the floor (only hard candy). No raises, only way you have a chance to make more money is to switch to a different project or to advance into management, and even they don't make that great of money. So basically you feel undervalued, unappreciated, and disrespected all the time. There is no reason to do a good job other then to keep your job. I have had a few customer service/technical support jobs over the years and this is by far the worse, can't wait for something else to open up so I can get out of there.
