      Pros

      Moving up the ladder is the best opportunity and a place for achievers unlike me...really. Facilities and benefits are ok. People are awesome - got so many friends there but I moved to another country now.

      Cons

      Average pay where it feels like you deserve more but if pay is the most important thing to you, don't expect to be happy. One has so many competitors in your job area.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
