The people that I work with are AMAZING!!! I honestly can say that they are my second family. Plus, I get to meet new people all the time and share my experiences with them. Overall, I love working at TeleTech for the great opportunities that it has provided me as well as the many perks that I enjoy by simply being an employee. Many discounts at different stores, the prestige to know that I work at one of the leading BPO Industries in the market. TeleTech fulfills my expectations in every aspect
Cons
I honestly don't think that there are any cons. Perhaps there are things that can be improved. Maybe a slight increase in salary, this would take TeleTech to the next level when it comes to competing with the other BPOs in the market
