Pros
There is a good focus on core values that make a company great. The company seems to care about the well being of its employees. The company is large enough there are a lot of opportunities.
Cons
The technology practice is in serious transition. There is a reluctance to step out on a ledge to get the resources needed to move the practice forward. Public company pressures keep the focus on short term only.

Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months
No path to long term employment given
Leadership never on same page
Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
