      Pros

      I can honestly say Ttec is a great company. They have multiple programs you can work in so you have an all around good feeling of job security. If one program didn’t work for you they’ll give you the option to try another. They provide equipment if you are lucky enough to get hired into a remote program. They offer decent benefits which includes a 401k. Ttec honestly changed my life. Nothing but good things to say about the business.

      Cons

      No annual raises technically unless you get hired into a higher paying program.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
