Pros

My coworkers in production and QA team were great. Feels like we had to rely on each other alot to make up for the lack of training that exists in every department.

Cons

Everything is unorganized so many people in positions they are not qualified for. Training department is a joke our class was extended because we didnt even practice on any of the CRM software we would be working on until the final day. Training assistants would refuse to answer questions because they didn't want to be blamed if they said the wrong thing. Lack of trust they check on everything. Very easy to fail and audit and lose your job, this is coming from someone who exceeded production & quality goals.

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Pros

Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

Cons

Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
