      TEAM Software is a phenomenal company to work for. Coming from the corporate world, I find the company refreshing. Great culture, fantastic benefits and welcomed collaboration among all various departments. Very exciting company to work for- highly recommend. Top-notch benefits, inviting culture, wonderful company all around

      Pros

      Employees are treated very well. Employee ownership gives employees a sense of pride in working at Team Software. Good people. Talented people. Good work environment.

      Cons

      The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. Parking is occasionally difficult. Someone it seems like we shoot ourselves in the foot to give every customer what they want in our software. All very minor complaints.
